Jordan is set on the ancient crossroads between Arabia and the Mediterranean Sea. Jerash, a magnificent Graeco-Roman city on an ancient site, is famous for the Triumphal Arch and the Hippodrome. Petra is one of the wonders of the Middle-Eastern world. The city’s immense façades have been carved out of the rose-red rock, in which a gigantic amphitheatre is hidden.

While the land might be ancient, Jordan’s cities offer the modern conveniences that make your trip to the past as comfortable as possible.
