Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

We understand how disappointing it is for travelers in the event they are forced to cancel their adventure, especially one that they have been looking forward to for a long time. But we, too, plan for these adventures for quite a long period prior to departure and must continuously send non-refundable payments to hotels and suppliers of transportation. Therefore, we must strictly adhere to our Refund Policy for all travelers. We hope you understand. Deposits are due upon making reservations. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. A refund, less a handling fee of $100 per person, and all funds paid by us to suppliers which are non-refundable to us, will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing in our office on or before 75 days prior to your departure date. If notice of cancellation is received in our office 89 to 45 days prior to your departure date the amount of deposit will be forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received in our office within 45 days of your departure date, 50% of the total tour price will be refunded less any additional funds paid by us to any supplier which is nonrefundable to us. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the trip. Once again, we apologize for having to adhere to this policy on a strict basis.
